Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you create an account we store your email address, username, display name and chosen avatar. When you save packages we store your shortlist so it is available on your next visit. We also collect anonymous usage statistics from every visit — see Analytics below.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and destinations people find useful. It records the pages you view, roughly where you are (from your IP address, which Google shortens), and which device and browser you use. Google processes this on our behalf. We do not run advertising tags.
Your choice. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether analytics cookies are alright with you. If you are in the UK, the EEA or Switzerland nothing is stored until you accept. Elsewhere analytics starts on, and declining switches it off and deletes the cookies already set. Either way the site works exactly the same.
What we do not do. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with the travel companies listed on the site. Clicking a package takes you to the partner’s website, which has its own privacy policy.
Storage. Your data is stored securely with Supabase and protected by row-level security — only you can access your saved packages.
Deletion. Want your account and data removed? Email us at help@comparetriprates.in and we will delete it.
